Thank you for choosing us to serve your health care needs. Our team of surgeons and office staff strive to provide you with high quality surgical care in a warm and compassionate setting.

APPOINTMENTS AND HOURS

We see patients by appointment Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All new patients should arrive fifteen minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork. During office hours, the phone will be answered by our office staff. After hours, the phone will be answered by our answering service. The answering service is unable to schedule any appointments; however, in the case of an emergency, the answering service will page the doctor on-call and have him return your phone call. A physician is on-call 24 hours a day.

INTRODUCING OUR PHYSICIANS  

DANIEL S. HENRIKSEN, MD, FACS graduated from The Medical College of Pennsylvania, and served his internship and residency at York Hospital. He is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  

SAMUEL S. LAUCKS II, MD, FACS graduated from Thomas Jefferson University, and served his internship and residency at York Hospital. He served his fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Ferguson Clinic. He is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also board certified in Colorectal Surgery by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.

THOMAS R. SCOTT, MD,  FACS graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, at Hershey, served his internship and residency at York Hospital, and a fellowship in Laparoscopic Surgery and Surgical Endoscopy at the University of Maryland. He is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

PAUL G. SIPE, MD, FACS graduated from The University of Pittsburgh Medical School, and served his internship and residency at York Hospital. He served his fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Health East Teaching Center. He is board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also board certified in Colorectal Surgery by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.

 INSURANCE AND FEES

Please bring your insurance cards and co-payments with you to each scheduled appointment. Referrals and authorizations must be presented at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claims for you. You are personally responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance. Our billing staff will assist you with arrangements for a payment plan.

 PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

Your medical records will not be released to anyone without your expressed written consent, except when required by law.

DIRECTIONS:

From the South:  Take I-83 North to Exit 6W (Queen Street). Follow Queen Street toward York for approximately one mile. Our office is located on the right side of the street, in the Tri-Hill Professional Center.

From the North: Take 1-83 South to Exit 6W (Queen Street). Follow the directions from the South.

From West York: Follow Richland Avenue south. Turn left onto Country Club Road. At the third light, turn right onto Queen Street and travel south for approximately one half mile. Our office is on the left side of the street, in the Tri-Hill Professional Center.

From York City: Follow George Street south. Turn left onto Rathton Road. At the first light turn right onto Queen Street. Follow the directions from West York.
