The office of White Rose Surgical Associates, Ltd. opens Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Our physicians take call for emergencies before 8:30 and after 5 p.m. and we provide our patients with an answering service for such calls.  
If you are unable to keep your appointment with us, please notify us as far in advance as possible, minimum of 24 hours notice. 

If this is your first time in our office, you should arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Bring with you the forms mailed to you, or you may download them from this site.  We try to honor your appointment time and make special effort not to overbook our appointments. 

Financial policy
Our fees are within the customary range for this area and reflect the level of care you will receive and the level of training by your physician.  Our physicians participate with most insurance plans.  You will be asked to read and sign our Financial Policy prior to treatment.  Any questions regarding your insurance can be answered by our Billing/Collections Manager or another trained professional staff member of our team.
